I loved painting since I took my first painting class in high school. I can still remember the feeling I got from dipping my brush into the smooth paint and spreading it on the canvas. I recall how I instinctively was able to blend the paint. At that moment it was as if my mind connected with my brush and my inner being became one with t
I loved painting since I took my first painting class in high school. I can still remember the feeling I got from dipping my brush into the smooth paint and spreading it on the canvas. I recall how I instinctively was able to blend the paint. At that moment it was as if my mind connected with my brush and my inner being became one with this medium that was new to me. In college I studied art history and I’m inspired by the love I have for art of the renaissance period. I am especially fascinated by paintings of the madonna and child and the way artist rendered the female face and form as divine beauty.
